Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Listshare App / Sugar & Coffee LTD, concerning your access to and use of the Listshare mobile application as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "App").

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our App. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

Acceptable Use

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the App, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the App to create or compile a collection without written permission
• Make any unauthorized use of the App, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic means
• Use the App to advertise or offer to sell goods and services
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the App

Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or similar damages arising from your use of the App.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to a total aggregate amount equal to the greater of (a) the sum of £5000 or (b) the amount paid by you to us.
